About this data

Netra is an early-response tool. Please read before relying on it for decisions.

Detected areas show where the radar image changed — not a confirmed damage grade (destroyed / major / minor). Ground verification is still needed.
Some images have an unconfirmed capture date relative to the flood — Netra will warn you when that affects a comparison.
This tool does not assess roads, bridges, or route accessibility yet.
For evacuation or safety decisions, always follow guidance from NDRRMA and local authorities.
